About the Event
Sacramento History Trivia Night is back! Join the Sacramento Historical Society for a lively evening of wit, wisdom, and local history at the legendary Trap Bar—one of Sacramento’s oldest continuously operating bars, serving the community since at least 1897.
Trivia Night takes place on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM, with a rotating monthly theme that highlights Sacramento’s rich and diverse past. April’s trivia falls on April Fool’s Day, so this month’s theme features surprising Sacramento stories, unusual events, and a few playful twists on local history.
Whether you’re a lifelong Sacramento resident, a history enthusiast, or just looking for a fun night out, this event is welcoming to all. Teams will be formed at the event, and solo attendees are encouraged to join—we’ll help match you with a team.
