About The Event

They say journalism creates the first, rough draft of history. For Sacramentans, that journalist-historian was the legendary Stan Atkinson. Most known for his work at KCRA-TV, Stan traveled the world reporting on conflicts from Afghanistan to Central America.

We will show historic news clips, and relive some of the greatest Sacramento news stories of the last half century told by Stan himself.
